Founder & Ambassador, Jordan ESQ.
Ray practiced as a CPA in public accounting for five years prior to attending law school. After 10 years with a downtown Dallas law firm, Ray started our firm. With this background, Ray has been able to focus his practice on serving as a sort of “general counsel” for corporate clients and high and ultra-high net worth families. Ray also engages in complex business transactions, creates sophisticated estate plans to minimize estate taxes, and develops asset protection strategies for clients.
Ray serves as Jordan ESQ.’s firm ambassador, which primarily involves tending the close relationships he has formed over the years with our most enduring clients. However, Ray’s tax and corporate transactions
expertise remains unparalleled, and he often interfaces with existing and new clients to discuss “tip-of-the-iceberg” level legal issues of the highest complexity.
Ray and his wife, Pamella, have three grown children, Trey, Tyler, and Claire.
